The price of gas in Europe during trading on the stock exchange on April 19 fell below $1,000 per 1,000 cubic meters for the first time since February 23, Report informs referring to the London Stock Exchange ICE.
The May futures price at the TTF hub in the Netherlands fell to $947 per 1,000 cubic meters.
In general, gas prices for the day fell by 11.1% amid warming in Europe and active gas injection into underground storage facilities, as well as stable gas flows from Russia.
