Export earnings of SOCAR Polymer grow 26%

In January-March this year, SOCAR Polymer LLC exported products worth $60.6 million, Report informs referring to the April issue of the Export Review of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communications.

This is $12.4 million or 25.7% more than in the same period last year.

SOCAR Polymer has a plant for the production of polypropylene with an annual production capacity of 184,000 tons. The opening of the plant took place on June 18, 2018 with the participation of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Italian President Sergio Mattarella. On October 5 of the same year, the export of polypropylene began.
