Iran's revenues from the export of oil and condensate for the four months of the current Iranian calendar year (started on March 20, 2022) increased by more than 580% compared to the same period last year, Iranian Minister of Economy and Finance Ehsan Khandouzi told a briefing, Report informs citing IRNA.
"For the first four months of this year, the country's foreign exchange earnings from the export of oil and condensate increased by 580% compared to the same period last year," the minister said.
Earlier, the Iranian Petroleum Ministry reported that revenues from the petrochemical industry in the first two months of last year amounted to $1.5 billion, and in the first two months of this year reached $2.45 billion.
In addition, the head of the Central Bank of Iran, Ali Salehabadi, said that Iran fully receives income from exports, in particular from the sale of oil.
