Cristina Borrero: Azerbaijan - EU's important partner on energy supplies

Azerbaijan plays a crucial role as a partner of the European Union in ensuring stable energy supplies, Christina Lobillo Borrero, Director for Energy Policy Strategy and Coordination at the European Commission, said at the opening of the Baku Energy Forum.

According to Report, Borrero emphasized the significance of the Green Corridor Azerbaijan-EU initiative in facilitating the energy transition process. This strategic partnership aims to enhance energy cooperation between Azerbaijan and the EU, promoting the development of renewable energy sources and reducing carbon emissions.
