Starting today, Gio Cristofoli, BP's new regional president for Azerbaijan, Georgia and Türkiye, has taken office, Report informs, referring to BP-Azerbaijan.
"We're pleased to welcome Gio Cristofoli as BP's new regional president for Azerbaijan, Georgia and Türkiye, starting today.
Gio has been with BP for 24 years, holding multiple leadership roles across BP solutions, operations and major projects. He will be based in Baku, continuing our commitment to safe and efficient energy delivery in the region.
A heartfelt thank you to Gary Jones for his outstanding leadership since 2017. His tenure saw major project milestones and strengthened partnerships across the region.
Welcome Gio - and thank you, Gary!" the company said.
