Azerbaijani energy minister and OPEC Secretary General talk over phone 

The Azerbaijani Minister of Energy, Parviz Shahbazov, had a phone conversation with the OPEC Secretary-General Haitham Al Ghais, Report informs, citing his Twitter account.

“Today, in a telephone conversation with OPEC Secretary General HE Mr. Haitham Al Ghais, we discussed the regulation of the global oil market and our cooperation in the OPEC Plus format,” the minister tweeted.
