Azerbaijan, WB mull financing for green energy integration

AzerEnerji OJSC has discussed with the World Bank the issues of financing the integration of large-scale renewable energy sources into the energy system, which will be implemented in Azerbaijan, Report informs referring to the company.
The discussions took place during an online meeting between the head of AzerEnerji OJSC Baba Rzayev and a delegation led by the World Bank Regional Director for the South Caucasus Rolande Pryce.
The sides discussed Issues of the new 500 kV Navai substation, new transmission lines, environmental and social aspects of activities, etc. during the meeting.
