Azerbaijan starts exporting petroleum coke to UK

Azerbaijan exported 157,144 tons of petroleum coke (+ 2.3 times) worth $45.45 million (+3.5 times) in January-June of this year, Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee.
In the reporting period, the country exported 118,673 tons (+4.7 times) worth $36.294 million (+7.5 times) to China, 24,184 tons worth $4.595 million to Great Britain, 10,936 tons (+42.5%) worth $3.183 million (+2.4 times) to Russia and 3,348 tons worth $1.372 million to Kazakhstan.
After 11 years and 1 month, Azerbaijan restored supplies to Kazakhstan. This year, petroleum coke was exported to the UK for the first time in the last 12 years (note: publicly available official statistics on foreign trade are until 2011).
