Azerbaijan increases commercial gas production 12%

In January-March this year, Azerbaijan produced 8,816,400 tons of crude oil, including gas condensate.
Report informs, citing the State Statistics Committee, 8,799,500 tons of this volume fell to the share of commercial crude oil.
During the reporting period, oil production was 5.2% (commercial oil 5.3%) less than the same period last year.
In the first three months of 2021, the country produced 10,563,400,000 cubic meters of natural gas. Of this amount, 7,803,700,000 cubic meters fell to the share of marketable natural gas. In January-March this year, natural gas production increased by 5.7% year-on-year and commercial gas production by 12%.
