Azerbaijan increased propylene exports by 65% in September

In January-August 2024, Azerbaijan exported 66,173.98 tons of propylene (in primary forms) worth $77.98 million, Report informs, citing the country's State Statistical Committee.
Compared to the same period in 2023, the value of exported products increased by 10.4%, while the volume soared by 24%.
In September, the country exported 10,350 tons of propylene (in primary forms) worth $12.94 million, which is 60.2% and 65% more, respectively, year-on-year.
In the first nine months of 2024, Azerbaijan exported main non-oil products worth $2.08 billion, 4.2% less compared to the same period in 2023. Propylene accounts for 3.75% of Azerbaijan's main non-oil product exports.
