Schools in Azerbaijan reopen after winter break

Baku. 1 February. REPORT.AZ/ Schools in Azerbaijan have reopened after winter break today.

Report informs that the five-day break started on January 27 and classes reopened from February 1.

Notably, the classes at schools started on September 15 and will end on June 14. The academic year is divided in two semesters. The first semester covers a period from September 15 until January 26, and the second semester lasts from February 1 until June 14.

Within the year the breaks are set as five-day autumn break (November 16-20), five days in winter (January 27-31) and five days for primary school (May 1-5).
