Azerbaijani, UK universities ink agreement on double diplomas

An agreement on a double diploma in a master’s degree in the specialty “Restoration and Reconstruction of Architectural Monuments” has been signed between the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction and the University of Westminster in the UK, Report informs.

The agreement was signed at the University of Westminster in London during the visit of Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction Rector Gulchohra Mammadova to the UK.

According to the agreement, masters will be able to join the double degree program from September 2024. Master’s students wishing to participate in the program will study their first year at the university they are applying to and their second year at the partner university. Students who successfully complete the program will receive a diploma from both universities.

The agreement also provides for the participation of teachers and students in academic exchanges, mutual visits, organizing information sessions for students, etc.
