Azerbaijani, Bulgarian Education Ministries sign memorandum of understanding

REPORT.AZ/ On the margins of his official visit to the Republic of Bulgaria Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov met with the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Bulgaria Krasimir Valchev, Report informs citing the press service of the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan. At the meeting “The Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of education between the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Bulgaria” was signed.
