Temperature to drop by 5-8 °C in Azerbaijan - WARNING

The northwest wind is expected to increase to 15-20 m/s, occasionally to 23–28 m/s, and 30-32 m/s on December 5–6 in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, Report informs, citing the National Hydrometeorological Service of Azerbaijan.

From the evening of December 6 to the evening of December 7, it will rain occasionally, and it is likely to be intense in some parts of the peninsula on December 7.

The temperature will gradually decrease by 3-5 °C compared to the previous days.

In the districts of Azerbaijan, it is expected to rain occasionally from the evening of December 5 to the daytime of December 6, mainly in the eastern districts, and from the evening of December 6 to the evening of December 7 in most districts. There is a possibility that it will be intense in some places. There will be lightning, and it will snow in mountainous districts.

From December 5 to 6, the west wind is expected to increase to 15-20 m/s, occasionally up to 25–30 m/s in some places.

The temperature will gradually decrease by 5-8 °C compared to the previous days.
