Fog, drizzle expected in Baku & Absheron Peninsula

The weather will be partly cloudy and mostly rainless in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula on January 29, Report informs, citing the National Hydrometeorological Service of Azerbaijan.

Light fog and drizzle are expected in some places at night and in the morning.

A northeasterly wind will prevail.

The temperature will be +3 - +5 C at night and +6 - +8 C in the daytime. Atmospheric pressure will reach 763 mm Hg. Relative humidity will be 60-70%.

On January 29, precipitation in the form of snow is expected in Azerbaijani districts, mainly in the mountainous and foothill regions. Fog is expected in places, east wind will prevail.

The temperature will be -3 - +2 C at night, +7 - +10 C in the daytime.

In the highlands, it will be -10 - -15 C at night, and 0 - -5 C in the daytime.

Roads in mountainous areas will be covered with ice.
