Fire in Zagatala brought under control

The fire that occurred in the forest area in the highlands of Yukhari Tala village, Zagatala district, has already been taken under full controi, and cooling works are currently being carried out in the area.

The press secretary of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, Irada Ibrahimova, told Report that measures were taken by the employees of the local bodies of the ministry and the representatives of the State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations to extinguish the fires that occurred in the high mountainous areas of Tikanli of Gabala region and Dashagyl village of Oguz region.

According to the ministry official, more than 300 employees of all local bodies of ministry have been mobilized to the areas where the fire broke out.
