Doors Open Days to be held in Azerbaijan's national parks tomorrow

On May 22- International Day for Biological Diversity, the national parks of Azerbaijan will open their doors to all visitors.
Report informs, citing a spokesperson for the Biodiversity Protection Service, Arzu Babayeva, that all components of Azerbaijani nature are preserved on a large area, covering national parks.
According to Babayeva, in 2000, Azerbaijan joined the International Convention on Biological Diversity, founded in Nairobi (Kenya) in 1992, for the world's coordinated activity to protect the planet's biological diversity. Beginning this year, Azerbaijan celebrates May 22 as the International Day of Biological Diversity.
