Three organizations registered to hold exit polls in Azerbaijan’s parliamentary elections

Applications of institutions intending to conduct an exit poll in the upcoming snap parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan, scheduled for September 1, 2024, were considered at today’s meeting of the Central Election Commission (CEC), said Rovzat Gasimov, Deputy Chairman of CEC, Report informs.
Gasimov stated that the Center for Sociological Research applied to the CEC to conduct an exit poll in the upcoming elections:
“The organization applied to conduct an exit poll across 750 polling stations in 75 constituencies. Their application and documents were thoroughly reviewed, and no inconsistencies or legal violations were found. Consequently, it was deemed lawful to facilitate the exit poll for both institutions.”
