State agency unveils rules for use of private cars - OFFICIAL

State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President has revealed conditions on usage of own vehicles for the citizens who received a permit to leave their place of residence, Report citing the Deputy Chairman of the State Agency Jeyhun Salmanov.

According to him, government agencies and companies can include the names of their employees, as well as vehicles in the System for Obtaining Permits and Monitoring during the Implementation of the Special Quarantine Regime:

"Of course, the car needs to be registered. However, the main point is that the person inside the vehicle also has a permit. A citizen who receives a leave permit can use his / her car. But it is not allowed to transport a person who does not have a permit in a registered transport. The primary purpose of such a decision here is not to restrict the movement of vehicles, but to minimize contact between citizens.
