President's Special Representative Office on Karabakh Economic Zone created in Azerbaijan

President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree to appoint a Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the liberated areas included in the Karabakh Economic District.

Report informs that in line with the decree, Emin Zamin oglu Huseynov has been appointed the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the liberated areas of the Karabakh Economic District (except for the Shusha District).
