New chief of executive power appointed to Shamkir

Rashad Anvar oglu Tagiyev has been appointed head of the Shamkir District Executive Power.
According to Report, President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree in this regard.
Tagiyev was born in 1981 in the Neftchala region.
