Int'l observer from Uganda: Electoral process in Azerbaijan taking place in line with democratic norms

The election process in connection with the early parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan is taking place in accordance with democratic norms, an international observer from Uganda, a member of the Youth Organization of the Non-Aligned Movement, Jacob Eyeru, told Report.

He was observing the voting process at polling station No. 2 of the Sabayil constituency No. 7.

He said that the process is quite transparent: "I was pleased with how the election process is going."
