Families of martyrs to receive AZN 500 monthly presidential pension

The amount of the pension of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the family of the martyr has been increased.

According to Report, President Ilham Aliyev has signed a relevant decree.

Thus, each martyr's family defined by the Law of Azerbaijan "On immortalization of martyr's name and concessions to the families of martyrs" will receive a "Presidential pension for the family of martyrs" of 500 manats per month.

So far, the amount of this pension has been 300 manats.

This Decree will come into force on January 1, 2021.
