Expert: Leadership, competence and skill of President Ilham Aliyev led to realization of great idea of our nation

President Ilham Aliyev's leadership, competence as a head of state, skill as a diplomat, and determination as a general led to the realization of the great idea of our people to end the Armenian occupation and liberate our lands, Political expert Zaur Ibrahimli told Report.

Ibrahimli said that President Ilham Aliyev's strategic principle 'Azerbaijan's military budget should be at the level of Armenia's state budget' was one of the main factors that ultimately gave victory to our people:
