The first relocation to the liberated territories this year is set to start on January 18, Ibrahim Mirzayev, director of the International Relations, Information and Press Service Department of the State Committee for Refugees and IDPs, said in response to Report's inquiry.
According to him, the first relocation will take place to the city of Fuzuli.
