Starting April 5, citizens of Azerbaijan will have to inform the authorities every time via SMS.

Citizens can solve their problems by moving to any part of Baku within the period specified in the permit, Report quotes the Deputy Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President Jeyhun Salmanov.

."It does not mean that a citizen living in Yasamal (Baku) district should buy medicine from a pharmacy in that district, they can go to pharmacies in other places. However, he/she must return to his place of residence within the specified period, "he said.
