839 voters cast ballots in General Consulate in St. Petersburg as of 17:00

As of 17:00 local time, 839 voters cast their votes in the General Consulate of Azerbaijan in St. Petersburg, Report's Russian bureau informs, citing the consulate.

1,030 voters were registered on the voter list of the polling station in the General Consulate.

Observers of the CIS Inter-Parliamentary Assembly came to the station during the voting process.

Stanislav Tkachenko, an expert of the International Institute for Monitoring Democracy Development, Parliamentarianism, and Suffrage Protection of Citizens of IPA CIS Member Nations (IPA CIS IIMDD), said that the observers of the CIS PA will monitor both the voting process and the vote counting process.
