Olympic medalist greeted with Azerbaijani flag in Chisinau

Adil Osmanov, who represented Moldova at the Paris Summer Olympic Games in judo and won a bronze medal, returned to Chisinau.

According to Report, Azerbaijanis also met him at Chisinau airport.

Adil Osmanov, born in Moscow in 2000, is the only Olympic medalist of Azerbaijani descent in the history of Moldova. The father of the judoka is originally from the Khachmaz district of Azerbaijan, and his mother is Moldovan.
