Nandan Gautam: Glad to be part of international Nine Senses Fest

"I am very pleased to take part as a headliner at the international festival of spiritual and physical practices Nine Senses Fest," Nandan Gautam, CEO of Artistic Yoga, told journalists, Report informs.

According to him, this festival will allow participants to exchange their knowledge and experience in yoga.

“You must know, you can't just read about yoga from books. In my entire life, I have never opened a book about yoga. Everything I know about yoga is the result of my own experience because yoga is not reduced to theory, as you know well. So, for example, you can't get a bachelor's degree in swimming without swimming.

I am very happy to see that in Azerbaijan so many people are interested in yoga, because through this practice they can understand the nature of happiness. Please forget the word ‘yoga’ and replace it with the word ‘happiness,’” said Nandan Gautam.

From October 6 to 8, a grandiose festival of spiritual and physical practices, Nine Senses Fest, will be held in Baku.
