Culture minister: Azerbaijan-Kazakhstan relations have ancient roots

Warm relations between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan have ancient roots, Azerbaijani Minister of Culture Adil Karimli said at the international conference taking place in Baku on the topic: “Masters of Turkic Literature,” Report informs.

“Warm ties have developed between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, the roots of our cooperation go back to the distant past. The holding of this event makes a huge contribution to the literary world of both countries. Kazakh-Azerbaijani ties in a number of areas, including culture, are intensively developing thanks, among other things, to the warm friendship at a high level,” the minister said.

He noted that today’s conference, as well as the translation of books by outstanding literary figures of the two countries, will further deepen cooperation.
