COP29 President-designate mulls fight against climate change in Central Asia with Kazakh ecology minister

The President of COP29, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan Mukhtar Babayev has held a meeting with his colleague from Kazakhstan Erlan Nysanbayev, Report informs.

"At today’s High-Level Dialogue in Baku, the COP29 Presidency met with Mr. Yerlan Nyssanbayev, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and discussed ongoing climate action efforts in Central Asia," according to COP29 Azerbaijan page on X.
