Head of sector notes increased interest in Azerbaijan Pavilion at Baku Stadium

There is increased interest in the Azerbaijani pavilion at the Baku stadium, where COP29 is being held, Leyla Mahmudova, head of the COP29 partner relations sector, told Report.

She added that the Azerbaijani pavilion 'The House of Solidarity,' covering 450 square meters, is one of the largest at COP29: "In addition to COP elements, there are also 14 initiatives proposed by Azerbaijan at COP29, a video showing Azerbaijan's climate journey, its green future, the transition from black city to white city, sustainable transport, and multiculturalism."

Mahmudova noted that 80 events are planned to be held in the pavilion: "There are two conference halls and rooms for bilateral meetings, where state events and COP29 partner meetings will be held."

The sector head added that the Azerbaijan pavilion has already been visited by a large number of guests.
