Number of active taxpayers in Azerbaijan exceeds 800,000

As of December 1, 2024, the number of active taxpayers amounted to 800,900 in Azerbaijan, Report informs, citing the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.

This is 5.2% more compared to December 1, 2023.

During the year, the number of active VAT payers increased by 13.9% to 52,000. As of December 1, the number of active business entities (facilities) increased by 5.5% to 215,700.
