Ministry of Taxes adopts Action Plan for further development

Baku. 12 September. REPORT.AZ/ The Ministry of Taxes held board meeting devoted to the execution of the state budget forecast revenues and challenges ahead.

Chairing the board meeting Tax Minister Fazil Mammadov said that positive dynamics observed in Azerbaijan's economy in 2017.

According to him, changes in the tax legislation and some other legislative acts in the early year had a positive impact on the state budget tax revenues as well as budget forecasts were implemented.

The Minister emphasized importance of further strengthening of work of taxpayer service structures, specification and transparency of tax accounting, control over illegal entrepreneurial activity as well as of improvement of control mechanisms for activity areas.

By the decision of the Ministry of Taxes Board, "Action Plan for the tasks set before the Ministry of Taxes for September 2017 and the next three months" was approved.
