Positive balance of Azerbaijani foreign trade turnover increased more than twice

Baku. 20 June. REPORT.AZ/ In January-May of this year, Azerbaijan had trade operation in the amount of $ 11.226 billion with foreign countries.

Report informs referring to the State Customs Committee, this is 54.5% more than in the same period of last year.

$ 7,371 billion of 5-month trade turnover falls to the share of export, while $ 3.855 billion to the import. Over the past year, export has increased by 65.6% , while import by 36.85%.

Thus, $ 3.515 billion positive balance has occurred in foreign trade, which is 2.15 times more than previous year.
