Meeting of Central Bank governor with entrepreneurs postponed

Baku. 26 May. REPORT.AZ/ “Special sessions of Caspian Energy Forum, fixed for June 7, 2017 and to be attended by Chairman of the Central Bank of the Azerbaijan Re­public Elman Rustamov (session dedicated to the banking sector) and Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan Nazim Samadov (session dedicated to the tourism sector) have been postponed for an indefinite period. 

Report was informed in the Caspian European Club. 

The reason for postponing the events is the load and tight schedule of the abovementioned government officials”, First Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Caspian Europe­an Club Telman Aliyev said.

“On behalf of the management, I express apologies to the members of the Caspian European Club and Caspian American Club, as well as for­eign guests, heads of companies and organizations who planned to attend these events”, he said.

According to him, about 150 delegates were expected to attend the business forums, including heads and representatives of companies from the Caspian-Black Sea region and EU.

“We are inviting all interested companies to take part in the special session of Caspian Energy Forum held within the framework of the Caspian European Club and Caspian American Club. The session is dedicated to mandatory medical insurance and will be held with participation of the head of the State Agency for Mandatory Medical Insurance under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan Zaur Aliyev on June 14, 2017”, First Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Caspian European Club Telman Aliyev said.

Caspian European Club and Caspian American Club hold business forums twice a month in Baku, and throughout a year in different countries of the world. Within the framework of these business forums companies have a chance to establish contacts, tell about their problems to the heads of government structures, suggest ways for their solutions, as well as ask questions replies for which help them to find solutions for existing prob­lems and promote business development of their companies.
