India resumes perfume supplies to Azerbaijan

In January-March this year, Azerbaijan imported 364.12 tons of perfume and toilet water for $7.158 million, Report informs referring to the State Statistics Committee.

Compared to the same period last year, this is more in value terms by 42%, in quantitative terms - by 1.7%.

During the reporting period, 35.73 tons of products were imported from France for $3.277 million, from Italy - 12.34 tons for $774,280, from Russia - 59.36 tons for $595,550, from China - 143.89 tons for $399,760, from the UAE - 32.72 tons for $345,320.

Compared to the same period last year, imports from France increased by 2.3 and 2 times, respectively, from Italy - by 3.1 and 2.4 times, from Russia decreased by 33.2% and 12.5%, from China increased by 39% and 35.3%, from the United Arab Emirates - by 2.9 and 2.3 times.

Deliveries from India have been resumed after a break of one year and three months. As many as 14.5 tons of perfumes were purchased from this country for $53,520.
