Greece resumes export of jewelry to Azerbaijan

In January-April this year, Azerbaijan imported 764.1 kg of jewelry (made of silver and other precious metals) worth $6.1 million.

According to the Report's calculations, based on the data of the State Statistics Committee, this is 11.2% less in value terms and 16% more in quantitative terms compared to the same period last year.

During the reporting period, 13 kg of jewelry were imported (a decrease of 37.4% compared to the previous year) in the amount of $2.8 million (-20%) from Italy, 361.7 kg (+26%) in the amount of $572,000 from Turkiye, (+43.4%), 2.4 kg (-28.4%) in the amount of $548,000 (-55.3%) from Switzerland, 2.3 kg ( +22.2%) in the amount of $505 (+2.2 times) from the United States, 74.7 kg (+4.4 times) in the amount of $367,400 (+48.6%) from Thailand.

In addition, after a break of four years and nine months, deliveries from Greece resumed. Azerbaijan bought jewelry worth $60,000 from this country.
