Georgia to make economic development plan

A state commission will be set up to form a long-term economic development plan for Georgia.
Report's local bureau informs that Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili made this initiative.
According to him, one of the main priorities of the government is to achieve the improvement of the country's economy: "The commission will work on an economic development plan and submit the first document at the end of May this year."
Garibashvili noted that all stakeholders, relevant parliamentary committees, and highly qualified experts would be involved in the commission's activities.
