Foreigners quintuple transactions via bank cards in Azerbaijan

The transactions carried out by foreign citizens in Azerbaijan via bank cards amounted to 870.4 million manats ($512 million) in January-April 2022, Report informs, citing the Export Review journal of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.

According to the information, the volume of transactions increased by 4.5 times compared to the same period in 2021.

In April alone, the volume of similar transactions amounted to 184.1 million manats ($108 million), which is six times more than in the same period last year.
