Azerbaijani, Uzbek tourist companies to establish co-op

A memorandum of understanding on cooperation between the travel companies of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan has been signed, Report informs referring to the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA) under the Ministry of Economy.

The memorandum was signed during the visit of about 30 small and medium-sized Azerbaijani entrepreneurs to Uzbekistan from September 28 to October 6.

The purpose of the visit is to further promote Azerbaijani companies, expand market entry opportunities, develop business partnerships with Uzbek companies and establish new cooperation ties.

As part of the visit of Azerbaijani entrepreneurs to Uzbekistan, a cooperation forum was held in Bukhara with the participation of entrepreneurs from the two countries.
