Azerbaijani companies to export fruit juice and meat to UAE

Baku. 18 December. REPORT.AZ/ The Azerbaijani export missions to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Saudi Arabia included 19 exporters.

Report informs, Vice-President of AzPromo (Azerbaijan Export & Investment Promotion Fund) Yusif Abdullayev said at the press-conference dedicated to the outcome of export mission to UAE and Saudi Arabia on 3-7 December.

Abdullayev said six of them were exporters of fruit and vegetables: “A number of companies have reached an initial agreement. One company has already signed an agreement to export its goods to India. Several companies exporting fruit juice and meat have reach agreement to export them to the UAE market.”

"AzPromo representative said the mission to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia was also successful: “We have met with 35 companies from Saudi Arabia. They are the largest distributors in Jeddah. The initial agreement was mainly reached on export of honey, meat and meat products.”

The head of the mission said the missions to UAE and Saudi Arabia was the ninth and tenth export missions organized by AzPromo.
