Azerbaijan to open trading houses in 3 more Chinese cities

This year, it is planned to open three more Azerbaijani trading houses in China – in the cities of Beijing, Chengdu and Shenyang, Teymur Nadiroglu, Trade Representative of Azerbaijan in China, told Report.

In order to expand the export of Made in Azerbaijan products to China, since 2018, with the support of local partners in various cities of China, Azerbaijan began to open trading and wine houses. At present, there are four trading houses, three wine houses and four trading offices in cities such as Shanghai, Urumqi, Qingdao, Harbin, Jinan, Wuhan and Zhangjiajie," Nadiroglu said.

He stressed that the Azerbaijan Trade House operates on the electronic trading platform JD.com.

“These trading houses, together with Made in Azerbaijan products, play an important role in promoting the investment, transport, transit and tourism potential of our country. With the increase in the number of such trading houses, more and more Chinese citizens have the opportunity to get to know our country better,” he added.
