Azerbaijan starts buying cigarettes from one more country

In January-November 2021, Azerbaijan imported 684.69 million cigarettes ( down 36.92% from 2020) worth $14,158,510 (-36.34%), Report informs, citing the State Statistics Committee.
During the reporting period, 465.78 million cigarettes ($11,772,800) were purchased from Ukraine, 203.07 million ($2,291,120) from Russia, 13.34 million ($ 73,370) from Syria, 2.5 million ($21,220) from Belarus.
After one year and one month, supplies from Belarus have been restored. Last year, for the first time in the previous ten years, Azerbaijan supplied cigarettes from Syria.
