Azerbaijan resumes sugar supply from Georgia

Azerbaijan imported 15,561.93 tons of sugar worth $8,369,290 in January-November 2021, respectively, down 88.56% and 82.55% from the previous year, Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee.
In the reporting period, Azerbaijan imported 8,032.09 tons of sugar ($4,110,160) from Turkey, 5,218.5 tons ($2,801,820) from Russia, 1,571.98 tons ($905,050) from Ukraine, 694.97 tons ($473,320) from Belarus, 12,75 tons ($21,260) from Finland.
After two years and eight months, Azerbaijan resumed sugar supply from Georgia (0.42 tons worth $510).
