Azerbaijan resumes shampoo imports from Slovakia

In the first four months of 2022, Azerbaijan imported 2,741 tons of shampoo for $7.2 million, Report informs, citing the State Statistics Committee.

According to the committee, the volume of shampoo imports decreased by 0.1%, compared to the same period last year, but the money spent on them increased by 1.1%.

During the reporting period, 1,606 tons of shampoo (+37.3%) for $3.5 million (60.6% more than a year ago) were purchased from Turkiye, 393.7 tons (-12.2 %) for $1.3 million (-18.3%) from Romania, 317 tons (-48.4%) for $1.05 million (-41%) from Russia, 42 tons ( +23.2%) for $240,000 (+38%) from France, 44 tons (-45%) for $200,000 (-48%) from Italy.

After two years and three months, Azerbaijan resumed supplies from Slovakia and imported 0.65 tons of shampoo for $2,000.
