Azerbaijan resumes furniture exports to 3 countries

In January-October 2023, Azerbaijan exported 17,197 pieces of furniture (wooden kitchen, bedroom, etc.) worth $2.33 million, Report informs referring to the State Statistics Committee.

In value terms, this is 34% less than in the same period of 2022, in quantitative terms by 40%.

During the reporting period, Azerbaijan supplied 8,359 pieces of furniture to the US (-43%) worth $531,000 (35% less than a year earlier), and 1,000 pieces to Saudi Arabia (+21%) for $528,000 (+10 times), 2,490 units to Georgia (-57%) in the amount of $280,000 (-63%), to Italy - 562 units for $257,400 (there were no deliveries a year ago), to Kazakhstan - 1,564 units (+2 times) in the amount of $245,000 (-60%).

After 10 years and 3 months, Azerbaijan resumed supplies to Israel (14 units worth $4,200), after 7 years and 7 months - to Moldova (10 units worth $200), a year and 4 months later - to Oman (49 units worth $2,500).
