Azerbaijan resumes coffee imports from 8 countries 

Azerbaijan imported 405 tons of coffee worth $3.76 million in 2022, respectively, up 20% and 39% from the previous year, Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee.

Below is the list of countries that exported coffee to Azerbaijan in the reporting period:

• Italy – 100 tons (+53%) worth $1.31 million (+40%);
• Türkiye – 93 tons (-6%) worth $716,000 (+36%);
• Brazil – 73 tons (+22%) worth $426,000 (+47%);
• Russia – 30 tons (+3.4%) worth $223,000 (+46%);
• UAE – 15.21 tons (+4.1 times) worth $221,000 ($+4.4 times).

Moreover, Azerbaijan resumed importing coffee from Bulgaria (70 kg worth $620), Chechia (60 kg worth $500), Spain (650 kg worth $7,700), Sweden (10 kg worth $140), Panama (10 kg worth $40), Peru (760 kg worth $5,100), Ruanda (150 kg worth $1,620), and Uganda (1.38 tons worth $4,700).
