Azerbaijan records 156 facts of violation of metrological requirements

Metrological control measures were carried out in 201 state offices and enterprises in Azerbaijan since the beginning of 2023 to date, Elmaddin Guliyev, sector head of the State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the Ministry of Economy, said at the National Metrology Forum, Report informs.

According to him, the fact of violation of metrological requirements was found in 156 of them:

"At the same time, 25,615 measuring devices and equipment were included in the control. During the control measures, defects were found in 19,018 devices, which means 74.2% of total figure."
