Azerbaijan more than doubles tractor purchase from Sweden

In January-July of this year, Azerbaijan imported 3,817 tractors (+79.5%) worth $95.4 million (+79%) from foreign countries, Report informs, citing the State Statistics Committee.

In the reporting period, Azerbaijan received 1,062 units (+2.2 times) worth $23.33 million (+2.4 times) from the Netherlands, 937 units (+86%) worth $18.9 million from Germany (+78%), 546 units (+2.5 times) worth $11.85 million (+2.9 times) from Sweden, 496 units (+53 %) worth $11.55 million (+77%) from Belarus, and 140 tractors (+46%) worth $9.83 million (+2 times) from France.

Some 26.7% of the 4,695 tractors imported to Azerbaijan (from 18 countries) in 2022 came from the Netherlands and 25.6% from Germany.
